All our products are shippable unless expressly identified in the product description as having restrictions on shipping. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund the amount of the item(s), using the original method of payment.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped. Orders will be shipped after payment is processed.
Order and Shipment Confirmations
When you finish placing an order online, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you need to make further changes, contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email confirming your shipment. After the shipping confirmation has been sent, you can no longer make any changes to your order.
Orders will ship via either USPS, FedEx or UPS depending on total weight and zip code.
Occasionally carriers make mistakes, and may deliver to the wrong location. If this happens, or you’re still not able to locate your package, please contact us at email@example.com.
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the United States. Any shipments outside of the United States are not available at this time.
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 10 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Most orders are shipped at a flat rate cost of $5.00 per complete order (not per item). Add as many items into your cart for standard delivery anywhere in the United States.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a refund or exchange (minus shipping and handling). Email email@example.com. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them, unopened, like new and in the original box and/or packaging.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Some orders require that we receive the product before issuing a refund. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
The time required for your financial institution to post your refund into your account will vary. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow up with your bank or credit card company. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale item and items marked as final sale cannot be refunded.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
